My Bootsie was extremity ill when I took him to see Delano Veterinarian from a possible poisoning in our house After running every test The Dr Prior contacted the poison company and discovered what to do for him, Miss Kitty and our family. Dr prior saved our family and our cats by getting us out of our house and the toxic situation. Thank you Delano Veterinarian Staff and Dr Prior for being an extraordinary Veterinarian Service. I would highly recommend this place if business to anyone looking to take their pet in for veterinary service.

We brought our dog Lilah to this vet on Fri 4/22/22 and I'll just start by saying we were very impressed and happy with our visit. We recently transitioned from another long time vet due to her retirement and shifted here on that vet's recommendation. I had shared all of Lilah's records in advance, all registration being handled very easily online. Upon arrival were greeted by a friendly staff and quickly entered into an exam room to start our appt. The facility is very clean, bright and welcoming. Our vet technician went through initial assessment with us, and was very friendly and thorough, also taking quality time to familiarize Lilah with her, she became comfortable very quickly. Then the Dr came in and did much of the same - I was particularly impressed with her attention to ensuring Lilah got to know her, and that we received very good explanation of the services being recommended, continued medication options for heartworm and flea/tick prevention, along with new options and recommendations to ensure our dog's health given our lifestyle. Costs for the services provided were also very reasonable. Overall a fantastic visit and we are glad to have been informed about this new vet.

I can't say enough positive things about the Delano Vet Clinic. When my wife checked on one of our cats tonight she wasn't moving very well and very lethargic, and this was around 5:30pm. I called all of the area emergency vet clinics and the soonest our kitty could be seen was within 3-4 hours. I searched for local vets to call to see if we could be seen sooner and when I called the Delano Vet around 6:15 and they said as long as I could get there in 20 minutes I could been seen, and they closed at 7. The staff and the doc were phenomenal. They fully examined our kitty and never once rushed me out the door, they even stayed after hours until 7:30 and made sure I understood what the next steps were with our cat. That's world class service and my family and I are forever grateful for the entire staff. THANK YOU!
