Don't bother taking something in to plug in and test (used cords you purchase from them) cause they won't do it. I just wasted time and gas going to purchase a used Xbox cord they wouldn't test on my Xbox first.

Great customer service! Manager Liz was amazing answering my questions and ringing me for my purchase I did. Will definitely be coming back.

Dang that employee sure could talk fast, but he was very well educated on the product in the store. Answered all my questions, shared a few insights and was very polite. The store was cleaned and presentable. Shelves seemed well stock, and to my supervise they had more collectables or toys. Was very nice.

I feel like being a liar is a prerequisite for a job at this store. I’ve overheard them lying to customers from time to time, and I’ve been lied to, but have let it go. However, I recently caught them lying to me again, thanks to me going to a different GameStop immediately after having a bad experience here, and I finally had enough. There’s a game they had that was a different price online than in-store, but it didn’t specify online only. So, they matched the price, and then I asked if I could use my $5 monthly reward as well, and I was about to ask if I could also stack my reward from the points I traded in, but he immediately cut me off and insisted the system just wouldn’t let him do it. He said matching the price was a coupon and the system won’t let him stack things on a coupon. First of all, a price-match is not a coupon, it’s a price adjustment, which I told him, but he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say, so I left. I was so angry, I went to another store close to me and they did the price match, and I was just going to go ahead and just pay that and forget about my rewards. I just didn’t want to give this store my business. The employee at the other store asked me if I wanted to use my $5 and my points reward, without me even having to mention it. So, clearly the system does allow it and the other guy just didn’t want to help me, and thought I would believe his lie. Now, perhaps it’s against policy to stack rewards, and maybe this other employee went against that policy, but I would’ve accepted it if the first guy told me it was against policy, but he instead chose to lie and say the system physically wouldn’t let him. I will never shop at this particular store again.

I know that they used to buy IPhone and iPads a few years back, so I know that they DID start doing that for sure , BUT, that doesn't mean that they couldn't have changed their business policy to no longer make those purchases anymore (I only say that because companies do that sometimes when they see that business venture isn't profitable as they had hoped) best bet would be to look up your local GameStop phone number and call them after they open to double check before heading into a store and risk the possibility of getting your hopes let down ya know.
Yes they are.
