I am not one to leave reviews but I was not impressed with this place. It was dirty,the bathrooms with wet floors and paper everywhere, and the play are it's a kids play area but there was a grown man throwing balls at the kids that didn't seem right I get it if you are playing with your kids but throwing the balls with force towards other kids thats a no for me... sad to say won't be coming back to this place..

Fun place for kids and adults. Staff is okay. Their party packages aren't cheap. The party rooms are small e.g. for a $500+ package, you are allowed 45 guests but can only seat 32. Time in the party room is limited to a hard 1 hour regardless of party size. I think the larger parties should be allowed extra time or assigned 2 hosts. They basically throw you and your guests out of the room after the 1 hour. You also only get 30 minutes to set up and decorate the room. Because of the time limitations, the host needs a ton of help from the family or guests. Basically the party experience has more cons than pros but we keep coming back because this place is conveniently located in a mall and we can bring our own food and drinks at no extra charge. And the kids have a ton of fun. Tip: park on the rooftop for easiest access to the facility.

They are cleaning as the kids run all around them ..that was really appreciated made me feel good about being the with my 18 month and my 10 year old

Kids go crazy for this palace! Hours of entertainment and some rest for the parents (unless you wanna play too!) Price is very reasonable and the crew is very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be going again and again! ☺️
