No pizza at lunch time ready and 20 minute wait. Last time used pizza portal for a deep dish 3 meat and got a deep dish pep between 2 different boxes meant for 1 then had to stand around for 10 minutes waiting for the right pizza while no one said a thing about it being remade. I would go here again.

It took about 10 minutes to finally get someone to greet/talk to me. Finally, a red-haired woman comes up and just says "What do you need?" No smile, no greeting. Just straight spite for life. I'm not sure if it was a manager, but she acted like she was. I asked it they had any HOT N READY pizzas ready, you know, like the item name states, and they did not. No big deal, but she didn't tell me how long it would take and just walked away to go text on the prep line. Other employees were nicer, but still looked like they hated their job. I wonder why?

ordered on doordash, it arrived hot and fresh. thats expected though. What is less expected however is the quality considering Little Caesars franchises vary widely from store to store in terms of actual taste. This location in particular easily stands out as one of the top locations ive eaten at. Cooked well, not overly greasy, and well-cut.

Customer service wasnt bad, I was helped after walking up to the "Pizza Portal". Got an extra most bestest pepperoni which is surprisingly good, probably their beat pizza in my opinion. The prices are average. The pizza I recieved today wasnt cut(as seen in photos), had to cut it myself. I would reccomend checking your food before leaving to ensure its properly prepared and the correct order.
