Sorry I don't have a picture but... I haven't been to them in such a long time because the crew they used to have was awful. They did a lot of talking and playing and not paying attention to people's order, hence getting them wrong. The last time I went, before the other day, my pizza was burnt and wrong, didn't give me my cheese for the undercooked breadsticks, the music was loud and inappropriate for a business to be playing that loud right in front of the customers, and it was filthy and unorganized. But this last time I went, on April 8, 2022, I had a great experience. It was clean and smelled clean and like pizza. The crew was communicating and didn't hear any inappropriate music, they were polite and funny and my pizza was great!! So thank you making a change. I will return. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because the owners need to do some remodeling. Other than that, good job team.

This location being in a higher class area should offer better customer service. The employees are rude when answering the phone, barely talk loud enough to be heard, and the food is not of the Jack's quality I have personally known for over 30 years. Do better!!!! Or just close your doors so the Jack's name is not tainted.

They are lazy. The carry out is always 30-45 minutes. I have placed orders there multiple times and 3 times my pizza was never made after having me wait for 30 minutes. The manager didn't apologize or offer any remedy. Never again

Very good tasting Pizza. Im a former New Yorker. For me its extremely difficult to please me with a commercialized pizza. I give it 4 stars because the dough is missing that crispy cooked crust. Also its a very thin pizza. I would have rather seen a thicker slice. With that said Im yet to be impressed with a pizza that could even come close to my believed New York Pizza. I will say this though!!!!! The oil content of the cheese comes very close. Overall it was a decent pie. I give it an 8 out of 10!!! Happy eating!!!
