Live Athletics is the best PT clinic in the area! It is a great environment to be around wether you are there for a PT session, workout or massage. Make sure to check them out, they will get you right!

Live Athletics is the pinnacle of the ideal physical therapy clinic. The energy in the facility cultivates athletic success, surpassing my expectations of a physical therapy center all-together. I completely tore my shoulder while playing high school football, and felt hopeless thinking my days of playing sports were over. The team at Live Athletics helped push me be the best I could be physically, while preventing me from working too hard and compromising my shoulder. With their help, I was able to recover way faster than I thought possible, and return to Friday night lights once again.

Live Athletics is an awesome place all around and as a senior transitioning to college for baseball, I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone, athlete or not. The people are extremely friendly and welcome you with open arms to work with you diligently and professionally. As an athlete trying to get healthy fast is priority number one and they make that abundantly clear. I would recommend anyone trying to get healthy after an injury or just want to get motivated to get into shape. I will forever send people here and I know they will be treated like family the moment they step through the door! Thank you Live!

Live Athletics got me recovered back to better than I ever was. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my recovery and rehab as much as I trust them. I seriously recommend to anyone who is injured, needs recovery, or looking to get performance training in. They really gonna take care of you and get you right. All of the staff knows what they are doing and knows how to get you back to 100%. If you are looking to workout and get stronger they really push you to get better and be a better version of yourself. All of the staff encourages you and really help you succeed. I would never go to anyone else. Live Athletics is the best at what they do.

If it’s an emergency situation, call 911. If it’s bearable but you are concerned, call us immediately. If it’s bearable and it occurs often, you may ice or heat it.

Can I ice/heat a painful area at home?

Live Athletics Physical Therapy | Aug 31, 2021

If your pain has increased more than usual, then it’s okay to ice it for 10-20 minutes, but make sure to see your therapist to learn how to do it safely and effectively. Otherwise, it’s not a good idea to routinely ice/heat. Ask your therapist to learn more.

What if I don’t do my home exercises, will that affect my progress?

Live Athletics Physical Therapy | Aug 31, 2021

Yes. If you don’t do your program at home, or perform them irregularly, you will not get better as fast (if at all). It’s important you take our instruction seriously if you want results.

Will therapy make me more sore?

Live Athletics Physical Therapy | Aug 31, 2021
Live Athletics Physical Therapy | Aug 31, 2021

There are two types of soreness. A “good sore” is when muscles you haven’t worked for a while start working again. This is good and necessary for improvement. A “bad sore” is when your primary pain increases (the original pain causing your problem). You should avoid this. If your primary pain increases and stays increased for more than 48-hours, please call us immediately.

Normally we give your insurance company several opportunities to respond to “failure to pay” situations, and we do everything we can on your behalf. We’ve been known to send complaints to the insurance commissioner before. But if they refuse to pay, the bill will be your responsibility as is required by law.

We call this our Referral Program! It’s simple. Refer a friend and they get a free consultation. In this consultation, we determine the root cause of their problem and whether or not they are a good fit for our care, services and solutions.
