The shop owner is a straight up disrespectful! So rude. Do NOT shop here, many other small shops in the area that actually care about the products you desire.

This place has nearly everything for a gaming system ever created. Movie selection. They have Super Nintendo (console and games), Sega Genesis (console and games), all Playstation 1-4 games, Xbox games, DS games, Switch games, and Magic and Pokemon Cards galore! One star taken away for the male staff member for coming across as cranky, snappy and impatient.

I went in to purchase a couple gaming controllers for my Autistic child and the staff there refused service and told me to leave because I had his support animal with. He told me that the animals weren't allowed both in the store and the mall. I called the mall and they said that service animals are allowed but they don't require the service tags on the animal. I called another location to ask what the policy was and was told that they didn't mind animals in store. Again with my son being Autistic and getting kicked out has cause him to be depressed and been crying for the last 30 minutes. To me this is discrimination just because he has a support animal, which was on a lease and acting calming along with being carried.

I put one star because honestly I don't know if you can rate lower than that on Google. I wanted to make sure it registered. I don't buy too much from this shop because they are way over priced. But I still do enjoy looking occasionally to see if there is something I might be interested in. The most recent time I went in, the worker was very unpleasant and rude. Kicked me out immediately because I was not and cannot wear a face covering. I told him I have a legit medical exemption, and he said "not in here you dont" I will never step foot back in here again.
