Munsinger Gardens is a gem in St. Cloud. I made a stop before I head to Minneapolis and it surprised me. The garden is right by the Mississippi River and well maintained. Totally recommended if you have a bit of time.

This is worth your time to stop! They are beautiful gardens a husband had designed for his wife who couldn't leave the house. She could see the gardens out her bedroom window. And the gardens grew from there.

Munsinger Gardens was a delightful flower-filled garden of peace and tranquility. We came not expecting much and were entranced by the beautiful gardens, towering trees and the serene walking path along the Mississippi. Kids loved the peacocks on the grounds, as well as the small stream and pool with fountain. We enjoyed our time and will come back if we're ever in the area. The gardens may be tough climbing for those with disabilities, or wheelchairs, although there still is access, especially if you have help.

Absolutely gorgeous place, definitly come later into the summer when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are roaming. Nice little area to explore!
