Constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address, placing other peoples mail in my mail box and now they somehow lost a package their delivery driver was to lazy to get out of his car and attempt to get a signature to deliver (saw him just drive off on my security cameras)

I had a very horrible experience here with one of the workers. A worker there was helping an older couple with filling out passport forms and he did not know how to explain certain information to them in Spanish, so he asked his coworker for help to answer their questions. His coworker was helping him and his other coworker yelled at him saying why would you help when he said he could help them and to just leave him to figure it out himself. Also When it was our turn in line she was not helpful with providing information with passport renewals. Will not be coming here again, everyone in the building saw her yell at him and we were all uncomfortable.

This post office is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their supervisor Maurice is terrible. He didn’t care to apologize for their negligence. I have this problem once a month where my package will say delivered and it is not in my mailbox. I don’t understand how someone can be hired to deliver mail and not READ the address that’s printed on the mail/packages. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was told it the package was lost in their possession since I had no insurance on it they can’t do anything for me. So you get my package and you lose it then say you’re not responsible for it. This post office should just be closed permanently, because clearly no one who works there cares about doing their job efficiently. Update 11/26 I received my packages left outside my home & one of them was completely ripped open exposing the items inside. Is this how they handle their packages. It’s the mail woman who’s always on her phone. That’s why there’s packages marked delivered that are never outside or in my mailbox. I honestly think she should be replaced because she’s not good at doing a simple task associated with her job.
