I’ve been here a few times because of convenience but after my last visit I just can’t justify going here anymore. They’re pretty expensive and the quality of service is just…not there. I’m frequently told that they’re out of a certain color or they can’t accommodate very simple style/design requests. They also are really aggressive with the filing/cutting and generally cut corners on the process. (They’ve never had me wash my hands after filing, they rub your hands with alcohol and a dirty towel and then keep going.) I don’t have sensitive skin but my fingers were cut UP after this last service, chipped immediately, and are now really brittle. Don’t do it. This photo is 5 days after getting a gel manicure. ALSO: the new person handling payment literally asked all of the people in the salon to pay while their nails were still being done so that she could leave early. When I said I couldn’t really grab my phone, she started to dig in my purse and offered to do Venmo for me.
