Frustrating service. Went through making an appointment for service with information given by my warranty. They are an authorized dealer and can service my vehicle, but they told me they don’t want to work with my company anymore. They don’t “make enough money.” Thanks so much for the help.

Wow! Old-fashioned customer service is alive and well at Ray Boyd's RV. After waiting almost a month at another RV service center and then being told they had not even looked at our coach, we decided to give Ray Boyd's RV a shot. They did not disappoint! We were greeted by friendly Jennifer who quickly wrote out our request. Then, a professional technician reviewed the information to be sure he was clear on the issues we needed addressed. Within 2 days we had a call back regarding the work that needed to be completed including warranty work that required phone calls to the dealer and copious note taking to ensure no detail was overlooked. Upon pickup of our RV, Jay the service manager/owner reviewed every detail of the service even providing a thoughtful informative discussion on how the slide mechanism worked. It was extremely helpful and information our dealer had never provided upon original purchase. Overall, we experienced outstanding customer service at Ray Boyd's RV and feel we have now found our go to RV service shop for years to come! 10 stars!
