This is one of my all time favorite places in SoCal. I grew up in the area and since moving away, this is the only place that is a must at least once (or twice) during my visits. While the menu has expanded over the years - the Garbage Burrito is still wickedly delicious. Or if your vegetarian like me, get a BRC with lettuce & onions (& tomatoes). Basically it's the Garbage without meat. Dad is also. A gage fan of the Chile Rellano Burrito. Also: say yes to the hot sauce. It's homemade and delicious.

Best Chile relleno burritos! SUPER JUICY. You come here you better get extra napkins. The flour tortillas go so well with the burritos. All of them 10 stars.

Amazing burrito with fresh made tortilla! Pork , beans, and yummy melty cheese! Hot sauce was on point! Friendly and quick serving staff. Place seemed popular at lunch so I would recommend calling your order ahead.

An ok place to eat. Don’t come here expecting Authentic Mexican food. It’s the American version of Mexican food. This was my first experience at Rosa Maria’s. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend (who absolutely loves these restaurants so I had high hopes). The restaurant is small, but there’s a lot of seating outside. I got the Garbage burrito and thought it was decent. It was a good size considering I didn’t get the XL version. I will say that the meat was amazing. My boyfriend got a Bean & Cheese burrito and a taco (the tortilla looked freshly fried like a classic taco would be instead of those weird hard shell tacos that are sold in stores). His food looked SO good that I think I’ll give this place one more shot :) if my second experience is better, I’ll amend this review accordingly. Edit: I returned to Rosa Maria’s recently and tried the bean and cheese burrito with a steak taco. It was amazing!! I’m changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.
