Being a pro-active person, I purchased a funeral plan ahead of time. The initial planning went very well and was thorough. The actual funeral went well except for one drawback which was immediately addressed satisfactorily. I'm going back next month to make arrangements for myself.

My mom passed away at the end of May, and we used England Mortuary for her funeral services. Their facility is absolutely beautiful & recently renovated which made for a warm and inviting, yet dignified place to hold her Celebration of Life. They had excellent capabilities of livestream and allowed us to sing at the service with no problem at all. Their coffee & tea service was lovely too, with their Splenda packets saying encouraging messages on them. All the staff there also are kind and detail oriented, assuring us that their reasons for doing this work comes from the heart. My mom was a one of a kind type of outspoken and dreamer type who saw no limits when it came to something she wanted, and lucky for us, England Mortuary also offered us very few limits as we got to make her service something she would have wanted. We worked specifically with Zach, Chris, Portia, and Bishop—all of whom were excellent! Although I’m sure everyone there is great. Their recommendation for a florist and hotel for those coming from out of town too was top notch. It made a tough time a lot easier. Highly recommend!

If we were able to give 10 stars that is what we would of given this review. Everyone at England Family Mortuary went above and beyond during a very emotional time for our family. The calming welcoming manner from Zac personally made us feel so comfortable and informed beyond belief, and his responsiveness made everything go smoothly. Chad was one of the most understanding and compassionate gentlemen we have ever met, and thank you to Chris for the job that was done on the video, it was so impressive and professional. Our family never felt pressured to make a decision that didn't fit our needs. Never look any further than England Family Mortuary when this situation arises for a loved one.

I unfortunately had to lay down to rest my birth mother and my grandmother who raised me all with 32 days of each other. This was defiantly a very hard thing for me and my family to do. However, England Family Mortuary were the best! They were friendly, professional, personable and on top of everything. I want them all to know how amazing they all were at the office. Especially Zach, he helped me so much and I am beyond thankful for the care we received. Thank you for taking precious care of my loved ones!
