On Tuesday I put an order in for a reman fuel pump for a 986 international it is now Saturday called and there is no idea where it is or when it’s coming and I did not get a call back today with an update losing my patience with this place Going to purchase the $1300 pump elsewhere lost my business

The Dowining clerk Kevin N. was an absolute jerk to us. Not customer friendly whatsoever. A simple "we can take of this" would of been better way to deal with his problem but asking my wife, who was making the purchase if her name was Ed.. was insulting. I only called to find the part. By the way the sales person I spoke with was super nice. Would never talk to that rude clerk again. Also spoke with another person, Pedro at the main number. He was super helpful.

Call one day and quote is 200 for part that I needed, they said they’d go out and check right away. Called a few days later they never checked to see if I had part and the quote went up to 300. Don’t give these guys business if you don’t have to they’re a complete joke.

Got some parts for a 200 series combine head they had gotten my parts wrong Twice. I have made dealings in the past with them so I don't doubt they have what you want and so overall 3 big stars. 🌟
