They nearly double the rates without warning, and now I just read an article they want to double again saying citizens play a role in investing in their electricity projects?!?! WE DONT HAVE A CHOICE!!! I went from $98 a month to $168 a month, and now it’s going to be $300 a month for a family of TWO in a small townhome???

I called about charges on an account they verified as closed and was on hold for 1.5 hours( screenshot taken), Because it was closed, they said they couldn’t help me. So I went into the office. I showed the bill with charges that state and auto payment would be taken out in April. They said, oh, don’t worry about that, the account is closed. I showed last month’s charges and told them the account was closed in January due to a fire that Red Tagged the entire complex. I should be getting a check from “Corporate,” for charges since January. We shall see.

Website/Account provided is not very helpful in assisting me with what I want. All I need is to talk to someone to assist me and calling in with the automatic menu is very frustrating and confusing and that just leads to me getting charged with extra fees from my apartment and really expensive bill which is all I’m trying to solve.

Just recently moved into a new house and opened up a sdge account. They ran my credit score, came back with a 654$ deposit! Got the payment request and credit score report saying my score is 480. My score is not 480, but rather in the 690s...a huge difference. My beef is they base the deposit on the credit score, but it's false. I know what my score is because it's been checked multiple times during the home buying process, and I check it frequently. It's the weekend, so I'm waiting to call in to see what that is all about, because who just wants to put a 654$ deposit down and wait a whole year to get it back, especially when the report is wrong. Fishy? Maybe. Error? Possibly. BS? Yes Other than that, they were nice on the phone when I called in....doesn't make up for it though
