I love this place. They are super friendly and informative. They dont try to take advantage of people either. When people see a woman coming through the door they try to take advantage of us, so I truly appreciate their honesty and work ethic. They have quality mechanics.

These folks put me at ease on my first visit. My anxiety be pretty high at car places so this is a proud feat. They communicated in detail so I felt informed about my car's condition. Will absolutely be back.

Ok, so I woke up this morning looking for a brake shop that was good and reasonable in pricing. I google my location and found the top 10 places to get your brakes done at in Escondido. This location was ranked number two, and the number one location was a German brake shop which I figured they specialize in foreign cars. I called and set my appointment for 11am. I ended up arriving at the location a hour early and they still took me at that time due to they had an opening, this was great! Long story short, my truck was taken care of in a timely matter and I only paid $409 for my front in brake job on my GMC Sierra Denali 1500. This was a steal of a deal!!! Everyone in the shop was very Friendly, Professional, Courteous, and Helpful with any questions that I had for them. Keep up the great job Mitch and Crew!!! Big Thumbs Up!!!!

Very good service, honest people, lots of happy costumers
Hi Shawn, We can certainly try. If its an older Triton V8 or V10 engine, they were known to blow out plugs and break off. We have a specialty tool design to extract them. Most of the time it works sucessfully if not the head has to come off and get sent to the machine shop. As far as cost goes it varies by how long the job takes. We charge $135 per hour, typically its the labor to do the spark plugs, plus whatever extra time is needed to extract the broken plug. I cannot fix it today, our next opening right now is mid next week. Thank you, Mitch
