Great service here. I purchased my first full suspension trek here.

Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. When misquoting a service he honored the original price quoted which was nice of him.

I had originally gone to Woodcrest Cycle to buy my ebike. They had one bike to choose from and were not overly friendly or excited about me checking it out. I stopped by Cyclery USA on a whim and was blown away by their selection and prices. I am happy to report making a new friend with Steve Abrego. Very nice fellow, very patient and let me test drive a couple different bikes to see what I liked best. He had no interest in steering me one way or another. I felt cared about and listened to. That is not an easy thing to do in a bike shop! Their service team was there on Sunday! and they did a full inspection of my bike, installed a head and tail lamp and were very quick about it all. I am now happily pedaling away on the Aventon Pace 500. It's a great bike and I can't wait to put some real miles on it. I will be doing all my future bicycle business at Cyclery USA in Riverside and you should too.

I brought in my Diamondback for a inner-tube replacement. My 13 year old daughter and I got there about 15 mins earlier before they opened. We watched as numerous employees walked in with NO masks and ZERO social distancing. As the store opened we were welcomed in and I was stopped in my tracks by the sight I witnessed. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE in the entire store was wearing a mask. I maintained at least 10ft from the repair guy, who by the way was old and kept constantly talking/explaining to me why I had a flat. My daughter on the other hand was terrified with the sight of NO MASKS and stood frozen in the corner of the store away from everyone. Make matters worst there’s a technician standing besides the guy repairing my bike who starts coughing and DOES NOT COVER HIS MOUTH. I was already walking away with my bike towards the register when I heard the cough and turned around to look. It blows my mind how selfish people can be. Did you guys forget we are STILL in a PANDEMIC. People are dying left and right and you group of selfish incompetent creatures can’t even wear a mask out of respect/courtesy towards others(customers). I paid for the repair and walked out extremely furious. I WILL NOT be returning there for anything, and DO NOT RECOMMEND them for any business.

We do work on our e bikes, but on ones we don’t sell we don’t work on the electronics, but we do bike stuff. Tire change, brake adjust etc. All e bikes are different and we only have diagnostic tools and parts for our brands
just trade ins
Hi Mike park repair stands start at $180. Unfortunately most repair stands are out of stock. Come see at the riverside shop ill shop you some options. Thank you Steve see you soon
Yes we assemble bikes. Prices very on the bike or e bike
It would run 70.00 plus parts.
Lots of road trails here SART santa Ana River Trail is near by and riding Victoria is a good scenic ride
They sell bikes with electric components/mini engines. More than likely they repair them as well. They repaired my recumbent bikes and they don't sell those.
I am sure they can fix your bike. They have some great mechanics.
