Reptile Factory is the best reptile store in California. They have 4 stores and the Riverside location is best so far. They have wide range of Bearded dragons, Dwarf monitors, Carpet pythons and Boas constrictor…all you need is just ask the owner if he have very beautiful reptiles available. Sometime they have so many choices of reptiles…Moreover, they carry the feeder which available all year long! That is good thing because we know they will not out of stock of feeder. So we can feed our pet all year long. I love to buy Dubias Roaches from them because my beaded dragons love them so much!!! Last thing, the owners are very nice, any questions about how to care for your beloved reptiles you can ask Carlos and Daniel, they are so knowledgeable, enthusiasm and experience of reptiles. They will help you all of these thing.

Although the prices for some of the animals and supplies here can be priced a bit high, they more than make up for it by having excellent customer service and in the way that they treat the animals in their care. On top of that there are not many pet stores around that carry such a wide variety of critters. Not many furry ones unless you're looking for feeders, but plenty of scales and chitin to go around. I would recommend this store to anyone getting started out in keeping reptiles, amphibians, and insects of all kinds. The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be to provide more care sheets for animals they sell and to make sure that the intended owner is well aware of what they are getting themselves into.

This place has a wonderful vibe. Besides reptiles, they have bugs, plants, wood and every kind of supplies you will need. The staff is hella helpful and super nice. Please support your local shops to help them stay open. You might pay a little more but in the long run we need these local places. Please stop by and enjoy!!!

I love this store and their staff, invertebrates can be hard to find elsewhere but here they get a variety of them in, and for very good prices, I’m always excited to come in and see what new critters they have! And the staff is always happy to show me anything I want and answer any questions I have.

The inventory constantly changes you always call them and they will tell you what's there. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful
