I went in to get my son’s phone fixed. He happened to break off the tip of the charger and it got stuck inside the port. The guy tried to get it out, but was not able to. He said he could fix it by replacing the port, but he would need to fix it the next day. It cost about $100. I told him to go ahead. I got a phone call the next day by a guy named Joey. He said that he tried to pull out the tip and was successful. He refunded me all the money. I highly recommend this place.

No appointment is required and most repairs are finished within an hour to an hour and a half.

Danny, thanks for the message. We certainly can fix Zenpad's. Depending on the exact model, there are a few 8" Zenpads by Asus, the price would start at $59 plus parts. If you wanted a free estimate, please bring it by the store we can look up the exact model and get you a quote!
I'd try Apple first as they'll be your authorized contact for Beats locally. Any work done by these folks will void any manufacture warranty, or be denied for any further authorized repairs 😉
