I have a unique backpack style handbag that I love but it was very beat up due to years of continuous use. If it wasn't just the most perfect bag I'd not have bothered but I'm happy I did because they did a fantastic job on it. It's practically like new. It took almost 5 weeks, they promised 2 to 3, but considering how it turned out I'm very happy. Will definitely return with other jobs that need doing.

10/10 highly recommend! My first time here and it was off to a rocky start but finished with a bang! I made the mistake of walking into the place where they sell luggage verses repair and I'll never walk in there again. Extremely rude and judgmental staff, if I wanted to buy a new bag I wouldn't be trying to repair mine but that's a review for another business! Walking in was interesting but keep in mind it's a repair shop, when you see the wall of shoes and bags you know you've reached the right place! Herber is a gem and truly cares about his customers first time or not. Having him tell me how beautiful my bag was, compared to being judged 10 minutes before hand for having an "old, outdated" bag just made me love him even more. He gave me a fair price to fix the wheels on my travel bag and a couple of seems that were coming apart. I also had some plastic pieces that really didn't concern me because it was an aged bag. I gladly paid the deposit and when it came time to pick it up I was amazed! He went above and beyond, fixing the plastic pieces at no charge for me and he made me fall in love with a bag, that held so many memories for me, all over again. It takes a craftsman to love the products and repairs aren't always cheap but it's well worth it if you don't want to buy new. I can't say enough good things about this place!
