The gentleman taking my order was polite, friendly, patient and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was perfect. Our order was a little complex, but none-the-less, made perfect. No mistakes. Would go again.

I was back for follow up eye appointment & wrestled about stopping again. I just couldn't. Memories of how I was treated & then coming back. Manager did say a word to me. So was the order taker ok'd to yell at me out of the blue? Original visit review: I pulled over for urgent call right after ordering, not wanting told hold anyone back or create a bottleneck. Then clearly looked before returning to line as I made my way to the pick up window. Finally I get window the guy at window didn't say hello, he just began to yell at me & BK can't be liable for accidents he kept saying. I was so off guard & he didn't stop. Just kept blasting me. I did call corporate offices, they took info. I never heard back from anyone. I chose this store & it really rocked my day. I didn't even get we are sorry for your experience. Not even from Manager when I came back thru, not a word. On speaker she asked if I had come through earlier & I said yes. I even made sure they charged me for the drink I had earlier, but wasn't charged. I was so moved I wondered if my English was bad. My mother learned English with me. I was 3 when she became a citizen. I have lived in other countries. He just kept yelling at me & finally I said I am speaking English. Wondering if he spoke English, but did not understand. Someone had hit my account with USAA so they turned my card off. If there was a mess here it was. I had to back out of the emotions & focus on letting him know I for their business sake was going leave the line & come back. Then I saw I desperately needed gas. What else could happen? I looked up a gas station & called my bank. They released my card as they thought someone was hitting my account for funds. I got my gas & debated driving back. I thought what was the right thing to do & that was to drive back. Manager now on speaker. I had been out there to see an eye surgeon & so the direct sunlight that had made it difficult to see & where I first noticed the guy struggling with me. I just couldn't see, so I pulled up closer to sign. He couldn't hear me & so I pulled back. We continued to struggle with my order. Nothing I said was right. So pulling over & pulling back in when urgent call came as I was on call,, I thought was the safest. It makes me wonder what happened? I came to BK for what, to be yelled at? I came out for a follow up eye appointment last week & I wrestled with it, really wanting to stop. I just couldn't. I drove back to Plymouth to pick up something, sadly.

This is the best BK drive thru I have ever been to. Everytime I go for lunch in Eagan they have the best customer service. The food is always on par and warm. I did an online order today and even got the zesty I asked for after the order. Very well managed Burger king!
