If there were 0 stars it would be that. Took over an hour to get a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Room was fine, hot tub was cold and they kicked us out early. Front desk seemed to have no clue about shuttle services going or coming to the airport. DON’T DO PARK, SLEEP, FLY AT THIS HOTEL! Terrible experience.

Staff was very unhelpful and apathetic for guest concerns. Coordination for shuttles back and forth to airport was not good. Called 3X and after 1.5hrs decided to just take a cab. Would recommend the double tree by Hilton as an alternative.

Patti at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a situation with my flight and chose this location to stay for one evening. I'm so glad I did!! Comfortable bed, clean room and great customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Everything about the hotel is as it should be other than the water. If you plan on taking a shower then i don’t recommend this hotel. I use to stay with a big group every week in multiple different rooms and everyone says the same thing. The water turns your skin so dry that you break into a rash. Hot or cold showers doesn’t make a difference, I’ve tried everything.

I absolutely loved it!!! Was there in April for my son's wedding. Room was fantastic, no there's not a tub but a huge shower you could party in. The whole staff was great. They were very very kind and bent over backwards for us. The food was delicious. I snack at night sometimes and there is like a little area downstairs where you can buy almost anything. Not vending machines. I loved it there. Thank you to the whole staff!!!!
