As I sit here eating a granola bar because I ordered at 10:43pm when the website states that they deliver till 12am. It is currently 12:39am and my pizza never arrived. No courtesy call or nothing! Oh but they took my payment! I would give 0 🌟 if I could!

Worst experience. The order was wrong when I called to tell them they hung up the phone before we could even say hello 3 separate times. When I did finally get through I let them know the issue they told me they would call me back after the driver came back and they never did. I don’t leave reviews but would leave a - star if I could.

Not perfect since my bread sticks were not ready for pick up, but they kept my order hot made some fresh ones & gave me a cookie for my trouble. Made the best of a mistake. Everything tasted great, wings, pizza breadsticks & free cookie.

I ordered for pick up and my pizza had hair on it was sauceless n the taste was just awful I called to ask why my pizza wasn't prepared properly n that my meatlovers was without breakfast bacon n she just said oh well we will give u a 20 $ credit not sorry for the inconvenience or that my children could eat someone's hair 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 not only have they changed the recipe or just the care put into the pizza but pizza hut is not the same at all from when I was a child it was the worst experience possible and I drove to this one because the closer pizza hut is extremely filthy on colfax n Sable blvd.. just skip pizza hut n try something else...
