This review is strictly on customer service. The facilities looked nice and I am sure it is a decent gym. I called on Friday and spoke with their rep about a 2 month option where I would be paying a bunch a fees. I asked for pricing and she said we could set up an appointment for Monday. Cool works for me. She stated she would talk to the owners about my situation beforehand to see if they would be willing to waive the fees. Monday I go into the location and she has not contacted the owners. I am in the location less than 2 minutes with her giving me all of the pricing options she could have given me over the phone. I then would not have had to waste my time going into the location just to walk back out due to the pricing. All of this could have been handled over the phone.

Very friendly staff, always looking out for their people. It's not overly crowed. Good size gym. Recommend anyone that is looking for a good gym for their fitness journey. Or just a good overall gym.

This is a little gem of a workout venue. A nice collection of workout equipment, virtual aerobics classes, and spotless bathrooms. I only wish the cubbies to store street clothes were locked. The music played is also a nice eclectic mix, rather than elevator music at some gyms

Small, but it has just about everything I need. I really like that this location has 3 squat racks. Gets busy at times but it’s never overcrowded like I’ve seen at other gyms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
