Even though a lot of dine in places have fountain drinks where the customer can get there own drinks. You have to ask for a refill. And there were only 2 employees working last tuesday july 19. Thats a lot of work to do to cover this restaurant.

If I had the option I would give them zero stars for burning the food. This has happened twice now at this Carl's Jr. We had just had Carl's Jr recently at a different location and our food was much better. Order a western bacon cheeseburger and get burnt buns. My friend orders a superstar with cheese with whaddya know... We both served burnt buns. Get your stuff together at this location. <.<

The girl that took my order was not the best or friendliest, she asked if I wanted cheese, it would be extra, I was like yes, all 4 combos. I mean, how are you gonna order a Super Star with no cheese? I get home, and there's no cheese, on any of them. I checked my receipt, it didn't look like they charged me for it, but I'm not really sure. To top it off, I'm eating and I bite into something hard, it was the tomato, they put the butt end with the stem on it👎

Not a good area
That's very true. That's a weak excuse, "on sale now", just like their coffee. They've been on sale for yrs at a time. They know it, that's why the coffee is priced low, it's not in demand. Not all Carl's Jr.'s are the same. The coffee is a lil stronger in W. Cov., off Azusa, for eg. The staff is very friendly, & keep up a clean restaurant here. I agree, their service is good. 😁
that info you would need to call that Carl's jr branch and ask for the manager's name We're just guides 210 south hacienda blvd. City of Industry
All day breakfast
Up to the week of Thanksgiving, guests were able to place orders via the drive-through or walk-in. No outdoor or indoor dinning was allowed. The employees wore facemasks and gloves when handling customer orders. >This information has not been updated after the Thanksgiving Covid spike.
