Very dissapointed!!!The Supervisor or Manager name Crystal was so rude and no respect with customers. People come there to pick up medications and sometimes doesn't feel good, and here's come Crystal who approached and treat customers as she was the Original Karen style. It's really not good to CVS having this kind of employee who doesn't know how to treat the customers with kindness. She needs to go back to school and learn how to be a good customer service communicator. Hope someone should review the CCTV on that store in 21590 Valley Blvd. and listen how she talked to her customer date 03.06.2022 time between 1:30 to 1:50pm

The associates here are so rude! They have so much attitude for no reason. Never coming back again! Don’t come here if you need help looking for any medicine they will role their eyes for even saying hello. Disgusting attitudes. They get mad if you asking them for help while they’re walking somewhere. If they don’t want to work with people then they should just not have a job. Rude old ladies there. She has tattoos on her arm

Jennifer Hong cultivates the culture of lies. Her employees are very dishonest. We were told they would do a rapid antigen test. Then, they lied in our faces about a rapid test, but they did a PCR test instead We won't get the results on time for our flight Please do not work with liars and crooks of this pharmacy.

Bitter sweet experience with this location. Usually I get Rx filled here, they couldn’t find my Rx that was left with a different staff the night before. It took over an hour to locate it and filled. The pharmacist on duty (Huang?) went above and beyond to get my Rx filled while I wait. The store has a strange policy on restrooms. There are 2 restrooms that are locked behind a cypher locked door. But the pharmacy only has the key to only one of the two restrooms. That makes the restroom double secured even from their staff. Lastly, the surrounding of the drive through is filthy. Dust and whatever can enter the pharmacy through the drive through window.
