My friend and I ate breakfast here. It definitely feels like an establishment in the neighborhood--the clientele were all POCs (us included). The portions were huge! Some vegetarian options, such as the spinach omelette and vegetable omelette, maybe there were others too. We had good service, and didn't have any service problems others have described.

This is a great place to eat breakfast and going there for over 20 years or more it change hands about three times but the new owners now they're great and we now see color working in there so go visit guaranteed you have a great breakfast yours truly me

I never get my entire order the food is good but the service suck very much. I wish I had another place that I could order from. I know that Jack's in LA is very good.

I have only visited this place a few times for breakfast but I find the servers to be very attentive. This time I tried the spinach omelette, grits, sourdough toast and green tea. The food was initially bland so I added some hot sauce and presto changeo I ate it all. My husband had the red snapper breakfast and liked how the fish felt "home cooked". I did like looking at the pictures on the wall in the short time I had to wait for my food.
