Good service, always good food. Some franchises are better than others. This one happens to be one of the better Carl's Jr restaurants. Right off the I-15 freeway in Jurupa, California.

Horrible service, worst Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich I've ever had from any Carl's Jr! Sent every car to the parking lot to wait for their order! 5 mins each car, I waa #2 of 4 cars!

They are pretty good food is alway correct. Usually good at listening to how you want your food. Only negative is everytime I come to Drive thru. No matter how small or big my order is I have to park in the front and wait for food. Its usually quick but still have to park for Drive thru.
