The folks here are super nice and respectful for your time and effort. Despite repairs taking longer than what other auto body shops might be able to do they did great. The reason is due to proper and quality parts. Honestly, I think the extra few weeks for actual, straight from manufacture is well worth the wait. These guys make sure that the parts they use are of actual quality and try their hardest to make all of their repairs in a timely order. I see a lot of people complaining about the long waits, but you have to remember that there's a lot of shortages right now especially for cars and the people here are actively checking in for the parts they order, most other body shops I've been to put in the order and forget about it completely after two days. Props to these guys for working super hard :)

Had my vehicle dropped off due to accident on March 17 2022 sat for almost 2 months not being touched then relocated to a different location, this location worked on the repairs and in doing so created more damage to my vehicle and in the process of contacting the shops to get all of the issues resolved I have received nothing but attitude from the managers employees at both shops I call and leave messages and get told they would call me back and wait 2 days with no call back so I contact the shop again and told they are to busy to talk to me and get told they would call back again and don’t then I call back and get told to schedule to bring my vehicle in 3 weeks out the emplyees at these two location are very unprofessional.

I won’t never legate my car in this body shop, it took forever to get the car back, so much stressed. they also made fun of their customers and wasted their time. I just post a review to let people know what’s the reality. i’m so sad to trust them and left the car there.

One of worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Please if you have car accidents take your car somewhere better. My car was in this body shop for 2 months for only a few changes! My car supposed to be ready 28 days ago and whenever I called them they said it will be ready tomorrow, nest week, tomorrow. They were not honest at all to buy time. One of the workers ( paula) hanged up at me and she was super rude by the Phone. I talked with the supervisor of the shop which Liz ( manger) gave the phone to me, he was rude when I said I am unhappy and plz don’t expect me to write good reviews for the body shop, he was laughing and said nobody care about google reviews these days. Believe me if you care about your mental health don’t ever let them fix your car. It doesn’t worth it even you pay more somewhere else but you have peace. I don’t recommend this to anyone!
