Tortilla soup was good. Just didn't give my cilantro and onions and Tortilla chips.

I try and try again, but this location seems to always do something silly. They've messed up my simple order every time. I order Tacos El Carbon - NO ONIONS. Each and every time, there are onions. Then they look at me annoyed when I tell them! EVERY TIME! A few times while I'm at the window, they read me the wrong order. I correct them. Then an employee accidentally kept my credit card and gave me his employee card which was an accident but...PAY ATTENTION!! PLEASE.

I have had multiple great experiences at the location in Yucaipa. I usually visit during lunch and although they are very busy the manager on duty (mod)takes time to greet every customer who walks in. The team is also very friendly and hard working. I enjoy seeing the ownership and camaraderie they share helping each other and customers during my visits. You don't often see this level of team work anymore. Im sure it stems from great leadership. Needless to say I recommend this location to anyone.
