Gabriel did an absolutely wonderful job with my divorce paper work and filing. I did the initial filing to start the divorce and the serving but was stuck after that. For several months in fact. I was confused with all the paper work and didn’t know exactly what needed to be done. I went to My Legal Assistant after researching help outside of hiring an expensive attorney and found out about Gabriel. After our meeting, it took just about 2 months for my divorce to be finalized. It was so stress free. He handled everything. My friends that hired expensive lawyers for their divorces said that the judgement Gabriel typed out for me was amazing and well educated. Not even theirs looked that good. I’m very pleased and will be returning if the need ever arises.

HORRIBLE MEDIATOR! DONT USE HIM! Good Reviews he has must be from friends & family. Retained Gabriel Morales 2 years ago. Said whole divorce process only takes about 2 months & be easy. NO he took 9 months & then DROPPED us the day we had a final MSA settlement agreement & took our $ (which he charged us double what he said in the beginning) . When I asked for my $ back which was half he would not refund me a penny and would not reply to e-mails. TOTAL SCAM! Divorce has been a nightmare, hired lawyers who also ripped us off & have gotten NOWHERE 2 years later when we could have been settled 2 years ago if Gabriel did his job & didn’t just take our $ & drop us when we were almost finalized & settled. USE ANY OTHER MEDIATOR! Wish I could give 0 stars.

Highly Recommended. After preparing legal documents all night, unexpectedly, I had no one to sign as "proof of service- first class mail." Gabriel and staff were able to meet and review my documents for accuracy and sign and mail them in time. They are kind and professional. Thank You. 2nd Review- 5.0 star rating- 3/7/2021 My recent visit with Gabriel, at "My Legal Assistant" showed me that he continues to be superb. His attention to detail is a valuable skill that not everyone has, including attorneys. Usually, I am the one that has to make sure everything is correct by slowing people down to pay attention. Gabriel puts complete focus on the job at hand, and makes sure that it is done properly. There are also excellent Covid-19 protections used in the office. Top notch and professional.

Excellent work! Gabriel is very professional and easy to work with. He helped me obtain certified documents related to a divorce that took place over 30 years ago. He did exactly what we had agreed to in the time frame we agreed upon. I would highly recommend Gabriel to anyone seeking this type of legal assistance. Bill H.

A divorce mediator can help you save money on legal fees because they work with both spouses to reach a mutual agreement. This means that you won't have to go to court, and it also prevents the need for a drawn-out legal battle. A divorce mediator is also a great option if you want to maintain a civil relationship with your former spouse. By working out all the details of your divorce through mediation, you'll be able to avoid bitterness and resentment. This can be especially important if you have children together and want them to grow up in a healthy home environment.
There are many reasons why preparing legal documents with the help of a professional is important. One reason is that it can help those representing themselves in court to be better prepared. Another reason is that having a professional review your documents can help ensure that they are accurate and complete. Finally, a professional can provide guidance on how to present your documents in court. Overall, hiring a professional for legal document assistance can provide many benefits and ensure that you are as prepared as possible for your court case.
A legal document assistant, or LDA, is a non-lawyer authorized to prepare legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and deeds for people representing themselves in court. While LDAs cannot give legal advice, they can help you fill out the necessary paperwork and ensure that it's done correctly. It's important to choose an LDA who is reputable and knowledgeable in the specific area of law in which you need assistance.
