I'll Just paste my most recent email to management and let that speak for itself . "There is an 87.79 CAM HOA fee now on top of the $42 CAM fee. If anything we should be getting a discount for how horrendous this complex is. Non-functioning elevators at any given time, Scalding hot water, no cold water, followed by no hot water, and just cold water. unsanitary conditions. Disgusting trash cans spilling over. Why are we being charged for trash service when it's rarely picked up? I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this apartment and will advise potential renters to stay far away. "

This is the worst property to live at with the management of AMC. This you see is raw sewage and this is in the laundry room. I called the regional and the manager to send out a mass email letting residents in this building to stop using the water because it was flooding the unit and a tenants home. No response other than we have a team on there way to help with repairs. I and another resident had to go knocking door to door letting everyone know to not use the water until it was fixed. Maintenance even requested the mass email and of course that never happened. This is how they run this property. No communication to the residents what so ever!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible the entire 1st floor at 7793 is infested with bed bugs the 3rd and 4th floor has roaches and now the roaches have spread to building 7795 the dumpsters are constantly over flowed the trash men won't even put it back in to the stalls because because there's to much trash in the way I even have audio recordings of Daneil confirming all of this Vera has been giving tenants the run around to tenants who don't have access to smart phones or computer who they haven't been able to provide paper documents for them to renew their lease and then charging them a month to month rate and road side robbing them on top the elevators constantly being down and disabled tenants being stuck on the 3rd and 4th floor not being able to leave there unit a week at a time she even went on record to AMC LLC are slum lord's that UV residental and AMC LLC are playing tether ball with each other with the apartment because none of them are making pay on the property on top of that when the evict someone there belongs stay laying outside the building for over months just sitting there before they decide to get there heads In gear

Update: All of the ladies in the front office are amazing and always do their best to assist you. They are always very friendly and actually want to help, and make sure to get the help you need. I want to say thank you to Leticia, Ashlee, and Ali. You ladies are absolutely wonderful! I also want to thank Joel and Gabe in maintenance. You guys are are so nice and make sure when you fix something it really is fixed. You guys are all so awesome; thank you for making my leasing here amazing! The new staff is absolutely amazing so nice and friendly. Nice hot water compared to a few months ago. And the staff is willing to work with you and are very flexible and want to make sure you are enjoying your Apartment. Also, the amenities are great.
