Yikes what a terrible Wendy's :( Luckily, there are plenty others in the area! Let me start off by stating that my family LOVES Wendy's. However... I tried this one out and had such a bad experience I will LITERALLY NEVER GO BACK! I would advise you also do your best to avoid this establishment and choose a different location. I can only assume if management treats their guests this poorly, what must the kitchen and food look like?

Terrible drive-thru customer service!! 2 of the girls there with nasty attitudes. First girl at window with tattoo on neck was really rude off the start, very unfriendly with a mean tone, sent us to wait at the front to bring us our what she said, "Freshly made" order. Waited for 20 mins and seeing other customers drive out with their orders so I decided to walk in, as soon as opening the door another worker, short with long brown hair and fake lashes walks up and hands me the order rolling her eyes. No hi, no sorry for the wait, no nothing.. not a single word!!!! my items were poorly prepared and nuggets seemed to be days old... not returning to this location! A chicken sandwhich shouldn't be hard to prepare either.. looking like a prison meal.

This location is horrible, always messing up the order and today refused to give us our mobile order stating they never received it and there was nothing they could do about it. They also stated, that this happens all the time!! So they don't give people their orders all the time despite paying for them! Yes, we confirmed the location and date with them too! Also, staff needs to be re-trained on how to deal with issues, we also had a bad experience with "Maria" and manager "Melody", which if you scroll through the reviews you will notice others also have issues with them. Save yourself the trouble and visit the other Wendy's location, as they are much better than this location, especially the one on Foothill!! Much better staff and never have issues with our order there

After seeing all these Ads for Wendy’s Breakfast, I decided to try them today on Election Day so I can have some extra fun with the family. I wanted my kids to vote on which sandwich is the best tasting so I ordered 4 different ones. I have high expectations for this location because of the good reviews but was very disappointed after seeing the overcooked or almost burned sausage patties which are dry and hard to chew. My son almost bit into one. I will never, ever feed my family food that can be harmful to them. I don’t know how they let this happen, but they need to check the quality of their food before serving them to customers. And this happened TWICE on 2 of 4 different sandwiches that I bought today. The pictures says it all. Management needs to train their employees better in order to improve their customer service and overall business. This is totally unacceptable. They need to correct this practice as Customers deserve better.
