2nd time dining in and always good experience from food to service. The purple drink is called "Falling for Ube" which tastes like regular mojito with a hint of ube. I also had the takoyaki and lunch special "A"- pork bun set and a ramen (beshock umami ramen) which I enjoyed very much.

Loved the sushi, the spicy ramen was great, a tasty old fashioned and solid service! My wife enjoyed it so much, we visited twice on our (5 day) trip to SD.

Trendy spot in San Diego’s East Village for ramen and sushi. The modern, industrial finishings inside make the space feel sophisticated and sleek. However, I was less impressed with the ramen I ordered as the pork belly was nearly all fat. Additionally, I noticed that the seasonings typically provided for free at other ramen bars would cost you extra here. Overall though, it was a decent dining experience.

The Beef Ramen was amazing! Marinated beef rib was salty but tasty. The beef broth was possibly the best I've tasted in a long while. Service was slow but I guess that's to be expected for a Friday night... Would definitely go back next time I'm in town just for the Beef Ramen.
