UPDATE: 3/25/2022. I tried calling, the number does not work. I emailed, no response. I got billed again, so time to report to credit card as fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! No under car wash, no tire cleaner/treatment, still have not fixed the front of car cleaner roller (over a year now I think). Even they person with the brush had no soap and did a swipe here/swipe there kind of job. I'm done, canceling my prepay.

For Tesla owners: The front bumper probably won’t get cleaned thoroughly. That’s what happened with me as well cars coming here in general don’t get it washed with the Basic. Also, the area below the back spoiler and license plate a hard to reach area. Recommend going in and washing yourself. Finally, be sure to put your vehicle in Car Wash Mode to ensure nothing opens up or your vehicle stops midway through the wash. General comments: Location did a good job. The vacuums are nice here, as well there’s a free air station. I appreciate they keep the site clean. I’ve heard mixed reviews on here but so far it’s been a good business. I’ll come back again.

Decent car wash. Dryer sucks. Always have to wipe it down and vacuum sometimes has a weak suction. I use the carpet cleaner multiple times for it to actually work. I have the membership but they seem to always be closed even though they say they’re open at 7am. I call and no one ever answers. Such a waste of time since I don’t live close and have little ones. I used to love this place but might have to look for another car wash that I can be reliable.

I’ve been using this car wash for a couple months now. A couple weeks ago I went and got my truck washed and noticed a large scratch on my windshield and my hood. Not knowing exactly where it came from I continued to use their service. The other day, I used the car was yet again, and now I have even more scratches on my hood, front bumper and my passenger side mirror. I am canceling my subscription and never returning as the machines are not maintained.

The vacuums are for customers who have just bought a carwash, or have the monthly pass.
No interior wash. You can vacuum after you run through the car wash. You can also run your floor mats through a machine that washes them.
Our monthly membership terms and conditions are as follows: Monthly Unlimited Plan Recommended Universal Terms & Conditions: Full FastPass/RAPID PASS+ Membership Terms and Conditions that will be posted on the three regional websites and printed in full on the paper receipt at time of registration: FastPass/RAPID PASS+ membership provides unlimited car washes in each month your membership is renewed. Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date, otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will be effective the following billing date. The plan will remain in effect for 30 full days at a time, no refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
