Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with your order and make it right. I’ve been trying to minimize my waste impact and am now using reusable mugs. They were willing to make my coffee order using it, which was greatly appreciated. They took good initiatives to maintain a clean process especially during these difficult times. The inside is clean and a good working space (though would love if the music was a little quieter for us book worms :)). Great Starbucks, come check it out!

Slowest Starbucks EVER, and I’ve been to many so that says a lot! This is the 3rd time I’ve spent more than 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Inside the service isn’t any faster. And they have the nerve of Having a drive-through etiquette sign up as if the customer is the problem for the slow service

Went to this location to purchase a gift card and basic drink. I got the gift card unfortunately they didn't have the stuff for the pink drink, and said they could make something similar. Okay cool! Then a few minutes after I've been waiting the lady informed me they did not have the other flavors either. I asked if she could make something up with what she did have just somewhat similar to what I asked for. She said sure! She was a nice girl. After noticing she was still kinda trying to figure out what she could make with the very low inventory she had at hand. I decided that I should just cancel the drink order and leave without a drink just the gift card hahaha! Could have been way better, the lady was nice enough but unfortunately with extremely understocked drink ingredients there was not much she could do.
