I never paid that much let alone the ISBN for my releases; let's just say I am teaching my cousin 's neighbor how to arrange such a project -- my ISBNS range from $18 to $40 then one of the ISBNS was under $10. My cousin and a classmate's anthology saw the $50 IBSN to work with; this place you're looking for is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, the others I will see what I can do to get your title redesigned and not pay what you paid to get it out there. The Ethereal Gazette: Issue Five -- ISBN being $9.99 at the time and has dual distribution. An Eye In Shadows has a $25.00 ISBN.
