The girl who fixed my bowl did not put actual beef chunks of meat on my bowl but spooned up the shredded beef & gravy for my rice serving but she gave the guy behind me nice hunks of meat in his bowl. It was the same meal except I was female & he was a "HE". He got served and I got left-overs! Didn't appreciate that!

This restaurant rarely ever gets my order right. Which seems insane because my order is "White rice, black beans, cheese, and a side of sour cream". It's not complicated. It's even printed on a little sheet of paper for them every time, since I order delivery. Worst of all, instead of making it right by bringing me my *actual* order, they just give me a credit for a free meal item. But since there's a minimum delivery charge I have to order extra food just to use it. Super sick of this place. Won't ever be ordering from them again. Company needs a massive overhaul if they think a free menu item "makes things right" when your dinner plans for the evening are ruined. Chipotle, contact me directly if you want to actually fix your issues.

Having worked in food service for several years, it was pretty easy for me to see that this location has some issues which need to be resolved. I ordered online for pickup about an hour ahead of time. By the time I was finished at the gym, it was my pickup time, so I think it would have been reasonable to expect that my order would be ready for me. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time and my order was not on the shelf. It took a solid few minutes for me to flag down a staff member and get them to look into my order. They spent another few minutes searching through the computer and did find mine. However, that does not mean that my order was ready. I was told by an employee that my order would have to be remade because "someone took it". While that's possible, I have a hunch that what really happened is that they lost my order ticket. I don't know if they actually expedited my order or if they just found it waiting in the kitchen, but the remade (possibly original) order did come out pretty quickly. Still, in the restaurant I worked at, it would have been unacceptable to not have a customer's order ready at their requested pickup time, especially if they ordered an hour ahead. And I know that quite a few other people have had experiences like this at this location. Yikes.

WOW, this was the absolute worst. My daughter barely had food in her $9 bowl. I called to let the manager know (an East African young man) and he basically told me he's sorry that I feel that way and if I wanted more I should have paid for extra meat. I could tell he had a high and mighty (I don't care attitude) so I asked for corporate's number. He said it's on the website, have a good day and hung up in my face. I drove to the store so fast only to find it was closed. Horrible just horrible!!!
