Can I give negative reviews? Jessica the "manager" needs help. We WERE loyal domino's pizza eaters. After we ordered for my sons 2nd birthday with company waiting for 2 ½ hours our order was just canceled. Ended up getting fast food at 830 at night to feed our kids. A few months later we gave them a regretfully a second chance. We waited another 2 hours after our order. I gave up and started making dinner from scratch. Once I was about to plate the meal a knocked was on the door. I told the delivery woman to find a new job with a better leader. This store needs to be closed or completely remanaged.

Placed an order over the phone with a representative that was working from home. She couldn't keep her chicken quiet in the background. I can only assume, this is why my order didn't get placed. It took 20 min to order 1 pepperoni 🍕. It was an awful experience. ****Do not use 1800......to place an order**** online is the way to go!! The Crystal Domino's store on the other hand was okay. The store itself was dirty all around, but staff were friendly. The cashier didn't even bat an eye when we couldn't find my order. She apologized and started an order right away. Nice work Domino's staff!!

I would give it zero if that was an option. First, they messed up my original order and gave me an empty box. After calling the store five different times and being put on hold, I finally got a customer service representative to get into the store. There was no apology given. When I arrived to pick up missed pizza, they hadn't made it (they set the pickup time). Said it would only take 15mins. After waiting 15 minutes, my pizza hadn't been made. I was not offered a refund or an apology for the horrific, time-wasting service. The pizza that I received was made incorrectly.

I’m very unimpressed with this store. We ordered a carry out and well over an hour later it was not ready—In fact it wasn’t even started. We ended up going there and asking about it. Only to be told they stopped taking orders a few minutes ago ago. Understandable given the weather, except we placed our order well before the supposed “system outage.” And also apparently he was able to cancel my order then and there…with the system down? Further maddening is there is at least two others there who were not even helping to prepare the orders already placed and paid for. Management failed their employee. If i can figure out the franchise managers name i will be reporting them. They are also not answering their phones at all, which you can figure is probably people who’ve paid for their delivery orders wondering where there order is. It’s totally unprofessional to conduct their business this way
