The employees are very helpful managers are also very helpful and nice the store is very clean and organized it was pretty sad to see them get robbed while me and my friend were shopping yesterday we just heard a loud noise i believe it was some kind of cage fell over thats the only reason we turned our heads towards whatever was going on the good thing is nobody got hurt maybe harbor freight should hire security especially how people lost there jobs,homes,family members and have no money all over the pandemic people are doing things they normally wouldn't do for money for everyones safety get security besides that experience everyone there is friendly and helpful. Thanks Harbor Freighters Employees for not letting the situation escalate.

I wanted to share my experience at Harbor Freight with the Manger Mario. What a great guy. I needed a Compound Miter saw for a couple of large projects. I went with the Admiral 12”. Mario told me about the Hercules 12 Miter saw. He told me the benefits and the better build. I thought about it 24 hours. I went with the Hercules and I can’t thank Mario enough with his recommendation. He was 100% correct. It was more expensive but WOW what a saw. Look at the reviews on You Tube. I am coming from a 10” craftsman that has had its day. People like Mario make it a pleasure to deal with Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight has better customer service than Home Depot or Lowes. Go check it out for yourself.
