Customer service great when they’re taking your money. They are horrible when you have an issue with their product. Make sure to try your fajas on before you walk out. They cut off the tags so you can not ask for exchange or refund. Do not take their word when you try a size they give you a different style but same size and tell you they both will fit the same. NOT true. I will never go back to this store. They are liars.

Just visited the Fontana store today. Went in for my stage 2 after tummy tuck. Jenny was very helpful knowledgeable & sweet. I was in & out within 30min. I love how my faja looks and feels definitely coming back!

I went in today and had an absolute pleasure of working with Leslie, she was so polite and got me into a medium size guitar faja which made me look so snatched! Thank you for your amazing customer service! Please note ladies Fajas are meant to be tight I own tons and you’ll need help getting into any faja! You just have to be about that life you’ll get use to it.
