Not very friendly, didn’t have quite a few things on the menu, very slow service for a place called wild hare. Not a quick detour. **late response on my post but was definitely there

This is an awesome little restaurant in the small town of Dubois, Idaho. I had the Clark County Club, side salad, and finished it off with homemade huckleberry icecream! Great food!

While traveling north, stopped in the Wild Hare Cafe. The owners were so friendly. Wanted something lite. I ordered the small soup and salad. The loaded Baked Potato soup was excellent. The salad was perfect. I left there very full. The prices were very reasonable. Lots of homemade items to choose from. Definitely worth the stop.

What a great, small-town restaurant to stop for fresh food, kind conversation and fair prices. Tammy was so sweet and patient with our kids, and offered us a much needed place to stretch our legs. Clean, friendly, delicious.....what more could you ask for!?
