Montana's largest national forest. It's mind boggling how expensive it really is... Mountain lakes, trout fishing, hiking, camping, mining history, gem stones, the Continental Divide, and beautiful views wait upon my comings and goings. I love it here!

Great spot. Hard to get to creek. Clean, well-kept. Beautiful walk before dinner.

Lots of hikes around and great camping. Not having seen rock formations made from giant boulders before I was amazed. The forest is very beautiful and everything near the roads looks well maintained. The Rangers were also friendly when we drove by them.

Love this area! Finally got to ride my motorcycle through the Pioneer mountains Scenic byway and it was a treat in every way. Gorgeous scenery, decent roads, abundant wildlife. Everything was great and it's in a remote enough location that I hardly saw another human being. Motorcycling at its best. I highly recommend it.

Of course, just keep it on a leash and respect the wildlife
It must be occupied daily.
I've only been there during the summer but I'll look like a pretty nice local mountain and they get great snow
