The Home depot! They have a bold statement "I put customers first" That's wrong 😕 I went in and I needed help on electrical item no one couldn't help me or wanted to. everyone is laughing it off joking around waited for 20 minutes no one came to assist me had to ask customer for help come on home depot customer service is slipping

I came to order carpet and Max’s service was excellent. He was very helpful, attentive, and fast. I was on my way out before I knew it. Everything was great besides the fact that I had to sit on chairs so dirty and full of lint. The desk looked like it was about to fall apart, was chipped all around, and some of the drawers were either broken or missing. It literally looks like they’ve had it for over 10 years and just painted over it. I can’t believe people actually work on that thing. These hard working people such as Max deserve a better workspace that looks more professional. Not to mention, it will make the customers feel more comfortable. Please get a new desk and office chairs!
