Garland the supervisor is horrible. I had a predator 212 engine, didn’t work straight outta the box(common issue.) He refused to help me, I’ve never had issues returning items at harbor freight, as I am a paid member and always buy the warranty. After leaving the store, I see another guy walk in, with return items, and no receipts. I go back in the store to see how it plays out. Anthony the supervisor helped the guy out, and I got kinda upset. Why the help him and not me! Apparently Garland was just trying to clock out and shoo me away as fast as possible. Anthony the supervisor, however is amazing. He helped me out and figured out what needed to be done. I walked away a happy customer, but had Anthony not been there, I would have gone home very upset. FYI: new harbor freight policy states you need your receipts for exhchanges or return. Having a paid membership that saves all your transactions thru your phone number isn’t enough any longer. Garland = Terrible Anthony = Amazing If you’ve got a return, call in ahead and make sure Garland isn’t there, or you’re gonna have a bad time.

if you're on a budget this is the place to go you could buy many things there that you could go to other stores and find them but almost double what you can find them here for and I'm going to keep going to the store cuz I am on a budget and the tools that I bought they've helped me a lot , didn't have to break the bank .

Harbor Frieght is a nice outlet to get hardware and automotive tools for a legitimate price, USA Furniture is a nice furniture store, and it's owner Nikki is one of the most caring and compassionate business owners I've ever met. She will not try to kill you with her pricing, and will work with you to get the price and payment you need. I have purchased furniture from this store quite a few times over the years. Many other stores in this plaza.
