I go here cause it's the only one in town. I do like the small simplicity of it. BUT I can't believe how many adults don't clean the machine or weights after using them. If I had to guess I'd say about 90% of grownup people, can't read all the signs up that say "clean your machine when finishied" People just get off and walk away without cleaning anything. Also somebody likes to leave their used dental flossies laying around. So disgusting. What is wrong with people. My 8 year old does better. So to insure a clean machine, I clean everything I use BEFORE and after .

Pretty busy these days. But when I can get in here during the early morning hours, the gym is typically mine to use, otherwise, great choice of equipment to get you where you need to go and the results you are seeking.

This place has what you need. They have a wide variety of weights and excercise equipment. I have lost over 50 lbs training, and most of it was self drivin at this gym. It's not expensive, and it's the perfect size. I feel happy and comfortable going here with my husband. I do have to mention that some of the equipment could use some efficient cleaning. The gym itself is a clean place, and the cleaning staff does a good job, but because of germs in the winter months, I feel like the weights and some of the handheld equipment needs to be cleaned to the same standards as the rest of the gym. That being said, I would still recommend this gym to anyone! Thank you for having us as customers!

Well-run gym. Perfectly usable equipment of diverse nature, for both aerobics and for weight-related workouts. Clean and friendly; the proprietress, Carol, is both personable and knowledgeable, and she's a very friendly person as well... and it's my pleasure to work out in this facility for the second, four-month Montana season for me in a row. Prices are very fair, too...and as mentioned, 24-hour access can be extremely handy. If you expect a NYCity 5th Avenue gym, this one will disappoint; but for a good workout at a reasonable price in a clean facility, in a welcoming atmosphere, come here if you're in the area!
