Dr. Chelsie Russig and Lisa were top notch during our annual exam. They listened carefully and performed a thorough investigation of our medical history. We moved around a lot and this was by far the best new patient service we had. Reasonable wait time, all procedures performed by the book. A very pleasant surprise.

Our provider was Dr Riviera. During the heightened panic of Covid 19 in March of 2020, not only did my daughters provider deny us medical care (due to “common Covid 19 symptoms”) but she wouldn’t even take the time to return my phone call for an over the phone consult. This was severely disappointing as we had no where to turn— our valley still wasn’t equipped with a Covid 19 response system. We were given several different phone numbers to call and finally ended up being directed to the newly appointed drive through system at glacier medical. We sat to be screened in the terrible weather. There were no canopies or coverings to protect my daughter from the wet cold weather. The PA couldn’t get a good look in her ears and wasn’t able to get proper vitals. We were told to go home. That evening my daughter was barely moving. Her ears were full of fluid. We called dr riviera again. She still was unresponsive. So we took our gal to the ER. A large dose of tylonel and antibiotics seemed to help tremendously. During this time, this was the only facility who was able to properly treat my daughter. We are now dealing with $1500+ medical bills..... simply because her provider pushed her aside deeming her “COVID-19 potential”. It’s wrong. It’s disappointing. And I’m hoping that north valley professional center will do something remediate this Unacceptable level of care.

This facility has top notch staff! The doctors, physician assistants, and nurses pay attention. Every encounter has been positive and professional from the front office to the billing department. The building is new and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic if you live in the area. The other perk is the high school clinic so students can see the doctor or have follow ups without going to the regular location.
