The only problem I had with the staff wasn't trying to help out with the twins party activities or whatever they suppose to be doing. The decorationswas to plan for the money we spend so I took off them off. Put my decorations up for my twins. Can we get a do over Chuck E Cheese?

I had my sons first birthday party here today & it was a success. Big thank you to a lady named Ariana! I always over stress & panic about things like this & they just handled everything for me & made my day easy. I didn't notice anything that was going on because I was having such a good time but they still gave us a discount for the inconvenience & it was just too nice! Thank you for helping my family make such a great memory today! P.S. the salad bar & pizza was amazingggggggggg!

We had our 4 year Olds birthday here and it was not the best experience. We typically go to the superior location and they are temporarily closed so we had to come here. We won't return. There were way too many machines/games closed or broken. We arrived 15 minutes early like our reservation email stated. They didn't have our party ready. No balloons. I had to ask for goody bags. The guy that hosted our party sucked. No social skills, wore his mask half off his face and was not welcoming to a young child.

We had my daughter's birthday party here, and the kids had a blast. We loved how clean it was and everything was fully functional and Covid-spaced. Skee balls were piled into one game and I spoke to someone and a guy came out to fix it within minutes. The food was also good, pizza and pitchers of soda. The party host woman was fantastic, very attentive, prompt and kind. The price you pay for a party package I would say is a bit steep, in that the pizzas are really small slices (like tiny) and the party bags are fairly small and cheap. Kids didnt notice though. We were the only party at the time and she allowed us a lot of control over playtime, I'm not sure you would get that if there were more parties (we skipped the literal song and dance so we could play more games. The unlimited play cards time out 2 hrs after the first swipe.) Overall they've much improved this place since I was a kid, our kids had a great time and I would recommend for a party.
