I've been an avid home Depot goer my whole life, but this one takes the cake for the least knowledgeable staff I've ever come across. I've been here about 35 times and the vast majority of employees can barely answer even the most basic of questions. To me, when you go to Home Depot the average person is out of their comfort zone and is looking for experts to help them finish their projects. Really not sure why this location is hiring people who are both unwilling to help or don't know how to help you when you ask questions. This message is for management - wink wink.

This is one of the largest Home Depot’s in the area. Love the opps paint !! 😍 Huge selection and availability in tool rentals ( tip- when they are running your card for the rental it will have you sign then the screen will say “Thank You” DO NOT PULL YOUR CARD OUT!! You will be charged but they will not get it on their side so you’ll have run it again. Meaning you will be charged twice. One charge will come back minus the actual amount of the rental but one charge will remain pending and will only come back to your account in about a week but there is nothing they can or will do on their end. Super frustrating with $100 deposits!!

Danni at the Service Desk was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. First she helped me on the phone. Then she helped me with a return and an order pick up. It was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot!

We needed help getting the correct drill bits. The man working there (Really wish I knew his name - bald, middle aged, energetic. Give him credit), searched through several bins to give us the drill bits we desperately needed to complete our job today. Absolutely great man with high integrity. We were helped out for a Sale Call at the Pro desk by Jasmine, who had the prettiest eyes I've seen 🤩 she was very sweet and helpful as well. Thank you!
