Slow, rude, and incompetent workers. Waited 25 minutes for them to ignore my order and they never gave any welcoming gestures. An employee walked from the back and into the front, where the cash register is, grabbed his phone instead of taking my order. And walked into the back instead of telling me that it's busy shift right now. This place may not be here for too long. Their services are VERY poor.

Will never go back to this location they service its horribly slow and the first time my pizza was crunchy burnt and this last visit waitedand 30 minutes and didn't check my pizza the box was heavier than normal they just dumped stuffed on my three meat pizza with raw dough.need to close this location or hire better employees or better pay if they are not happy.

By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have encountered. I did an online mobile order, my food was already paid for. We went to the store to pick up, a sign was posted saying to use the drive thru. We waited for 30 mins, could hear some girls laughing, but refusing to answer the window. My husband then knocked on the window, and we started driving away when a girl put her head out the window and yelled horrible profanities at us. My husband turned the vehicle around, asked for a refund, the two girls then said they didn’t need to serve us. I told them I had pre-ordered and just wanted a refund. These two darker skinned girls then started running up to my car, grabbed a pizza sign, and then began smashing my car with it. They were screaming at me to get out of the car and to fight them. I literally just wanted a refund for the pizza I paid for. I went to a different location and told an employee about what had just happened and the employee knew exactly who I was talking about, and even said that same employee has assaulted SEVERAL customers. And still has a job there! I have never experienced such disrespect and y professionalism from a business before. I’m embarrassed to even rate this location with 1 star. From what I’ve gathered from other reviews, this is a common occurrence for this location. I will say, when we went to the second location, the employee was extremely apologetic, kind, made us our pizza and even added on a bunch of goodies. I truly don’t know how the Peoria location is even still in business.

I ordered online got to store and waited. An employee asked my name and I showed him my order number he disappeared to the back and continued to hand out orders. After about half hour I asked where my order is and they were just getting ready to put in oven. I asked for a refund and since it was ordered online they can't refund money. So I still had to sit and wait even further. Absolutely horrible service!

I had a good time there. People were friendly and I got some free breadsticks and cookies because they said that I waited too long for my order.
